What is the final victory of their trophy that tells us about this Bayern Munich season in front

The fact that Bavarian needs the last winner by Harry Kane in the first round of the DFB Cup game to win 3-2 against Wehen Wiesbaden third level on Wednesday, August 27, at least, must be a reason for some alarm about the Bayern Munich season in front.

We wrote last week about how the German recording champions will have problems with the depth of the troops, unless they turn the course and sign a few more players, before the transfer window is closed.

Coach Vincent Kompany, as if trying to test the validity of the argument, making six changes in the original lineup compared to the 6-0 victory over RB Leipzig on the night of the Bundesliga game.

Although, one of the changes was forced to him, because Manuel Neuer brought a ban on two matches from last season’s shipping in the competition.

Beyond that, one of the other changes is that the sensation of teenagers Lennart Karl made his first start in a competitive match for the club.

Transfer policy which is likely to backfire in this Bayern Munich season

The Presidential Advisory Council Herbert Hainer, ties the hands of people who are officially responsible for the transfer, only allowing them to take players on loan, rather than making a permanent signing from this point going forward.

Obviously, most other clubs will, if any, prefer to sell players who might be of high quality, at high prices, rather than lending them.

Karl and other teenagers used to complement their troops are bright young talents, no doubt, but they have not become a finished product that Bavarians needs.

The squad is prone to injury

During the last two seasons, we have seen how vulnerable many players are in the squad against injury. In fact, the team is likely to overcome Inter Milan in the quarter -finals of the Champions League last season if it wasn’t for a long injury list before the match.

Ahead of this Bayern Munich season, Jamal Musiala, Alphonso Davies, and Hiroki Ito all came out with injury, and they were likely to miss the next months too.

For that reason alone, people can see why reinforcements will be needed.

What is said on Wednesday night about the future

First and especially, this tells us that this Bayern Munich season will be difficult. Considering how many compatibility the term will have, it will not allow company to make wholesale changes. That is indeed a worrying prospect.

The fact that the team allowed the advantage of the second half 2-0 including the third division opponent, no less, really showed that this squad was not equipped to compete crediblely for the three main trophies.

Doing that is always a goal in Bayern Munich, but it is not possible with a small group of these players.

Although finally winning the match against Wiesbaden in additional time, Bayern had to take the results of Wednesday as a warning. Once again proof that the team must rediscover the killer’s instinct, which is something that must be handled regardless of the transfer policy as well.
