The team sleeps to watch outside of seeing

The MLS season is in the midpoint because the team is preparing for the last push for the playoff position. Tanking is not useful in MLS like in other North American sports that depend on the draft to build their team.

This encourages clubs in the middle of the way to make encouragement to the playoffs even if they are a little further than the 9th seed than they want.

There are three teams that fight for the ninth seed, with the San Jose earthquake, who currently holds the last playoff with only one point.

Original salt lake

This is a disappointing year for Real Salt Lake. They have struggled to compete with top competitions until the last month, where they have decent results.

Before their latest defeat to FC Ringinnati, Salt Lake had a competitive form when they got positive results. For most seasons, Salt Lake seems to be the lower round team that struggles to do many positive things.

Their bright spot is Diego Luna who has become a pleasant surprise for the Utah club. Luna was in his early 20s and had shown that she felt comfortable in Utah without a true desire to leave unless there was a big step to Europe.

Luna has controlled the game in midfield while displaying her extraordinary skills at the time -utaat at large times. The appearance of his two goals for USMNT during the Gold Cup final was the perfect appearance of what he could do.

Real Salt Lake is only one point from the ninth seed because it is currently standing. If they can rise back from their defeat to Cepinnati, they can find themselves playing late until autumn.

Houston Dynamo FC

The lack of Houston form and disappointing offensive attack has brought them to the bottom of the standings, where they have to fight out.

They have not played well this last month despite the remaining playoffs, only two points from the ninth seed. Houston may only be a few points from the last place, but their game has told the story of a team that will not hold its weight in the playoffs.

Houston does not have an offensive shooting power to compensate for high -powered attacks that they will face in the first round, and a defense that is not good enough to hold the team for a long time so that violations enter.

Even if Houston made a MLS Cup playoff, I would be surprised if they made a lot of battles against anyone they faced. Of the three teams with convincing opportunities, Dinamo seems to have the worst opportunity to make it.

FC Dallas

Going to the season, I am sure that Dallas will be more in the playoff competition and not three places down from the ninth seed.

The addition of Luciano Acosta from the past offseason ring is a big step for Dallas. Although not paid off in the short term so far, there is still an opportunity for Dallas to run to the last place.

The next five matches will be a challenge because they face four playoff competitors and MLS Cup champions that survive, LA Galaxy.

They cannot get positive results in this game; They will be left behind in the playoff race. Dallas can change their season from defeat to momentum for the following season. They are not seen as MLS Cup competitors this year because of their bad games.

Running in August can at least give fans of something to be entertained and a little hope that this team is in the right direction.
